Dads will always be like kids

Having kids stay home instead of going out with friends requires parents to make sure that they have enough food and entertainment in the house to keep them occupied.  This is something my husband and I really took into consideration when we decided to transfer to a bigger house.  Food was not a problem since I enjoy cooking for the family.  I had my husband place the old lcd tv mount in a corner of the kitchen so kids get to watch some cartoons while helping out in the kitchen.  I get to watch my favorite cooking show as well without having to run from the living room to the kitchen. My husband decided to create an entertainment area where he placed a ceiling mount projector.  He used the kids as an excused but I know that he enjoys watching ball games on a big screen.  He now calls up his buddies.  They would normally show up just when the kids are expected to go to bed.  Just in time for them to have full access to the big screen.
