This is an activity that enhances physical fitness. It involves exercise by jogging, brisk walking, or aerobic dancing. Some sports require endurance like running, biking, basketball, tennis and many others, while others require the combination of strength, endurance, and flexibility which result in high level of physical fitness. Research and observations has shown that exercise lowers the blood pressure and protects against heart disease. It also burns fat, controls weight, lowers bad cholesterol and raises good cholesterol. Regular moderate exercise will make your heart and lungs stronger and resilient. It will also benefit the muscles, joints, and the ligaments. Choosing an exercise will be anybody’s option. Doing it alone or joining a group will do as long as you enjoy and will fit a regular schedule. Just take a precaution that by doing it, start from moderate to a more enduring steps. If you feel pain, stop the exercise, it may be a sign of fatigue.
